SUMMER FUN

• The National Capital Trolley Museum offers children’s programming on Thursdays and Fridays from 15 June thru 15 August.
• Thursday programs feature story telling and crafts in two sessions, at 11:30 am and noon.
• Friday programs feature a video at 12:10 pm.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

• For just $100 your group of up to 45 people can enjoy a 20-minute ride on a vintage trolley through Northwest Branch Park during regular museum hours on any Saturday or Sunday. We provide the streetcar, you provide the guests! You may schedule your private chartered car for 12:45, 1:45, 2:45, 3:45 or 4:45 pm.
• Although the Museum has no indoor party facilities, you may use the picnic grove, or arrange food and beverage service at near-by pizzerias, restaurants, or fast food establishments.

• Food and drinks are allowed only in the picnic area. Please clean up the picnic area no later than 4:30 pm. Please bring your own garbage bags and dispose of your trash in the dumpster between the parking lot and the carbarn.
• No eating or drinking is permitted in the Museum or on the streetcars.
• Alcoholic beverages may not consumed on the property.
• All pets must be kept on a leash and you must clean up after your pet. Pets are not permitted in the Museum or on the streetcars.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

• On weekdays when schools are closed for holidays or teachers’ meetings the Museum sponsors programs for children in the Primary grades featuring stories, crafts and videos. Be sure to check the Operations Schedule [or the list of Upcoming Events] to confirm dates and times.
